Fine cracks in teeth can appear even without a clear injury. These tiny lines are often called craze lines and are usually harmless, but sometimes they can indicate stress on the teeth. Several factors can cause them.

1️⃣ Normal Aging
Over time, enamel naturally wears down from chewing and temperature changes. Small surface cracks, known as Craze lines, commonly appear as people get older. They usually affect only the outer enamel and rarely cause pain.

2️⃣ Teeth Grinding (Bruxism)
Grinding or clenching your teeth—especially during sleep—can put strong pressure on the enamel. This condition, called Bruxism, can gradually lead to cracks or fractures.

Signs include:
• Jaw soreness in the morning
• Headaches after waking up
• Worn or flattened teeth

3️⃣ Sudden Temperature Changes
