1. In a bowl, pour the warm milk over the oats and let them soak for a few minutes to soften.

2. In another bowl, mash the banana with a fork until it has a purée-like consistency.

3. Add the egg, cocoa powder, baking powder, and, if desired, sugar. Mix the ingredients well.

4. Add the soaked oats to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.

5. Grease a small baking pan with vegetable oil and pour in the prepared mixture.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, or until set.

7. For the glaze, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, then stir it into the warm heavy cream until smooth.

8. Pour the chocolate glaze over the dessert and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
9. Serve the chilled dessert and enjoy its rich flavor!
