Blend 60g of walnuts in a blender.
Blend the soaked dates in a blender until smooth.
Making the balls:
In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, and date paste.
Grease your hands with vegetable oil to prevent the dough from sticking.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Chilling the balls:
Place the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
Making the chocolate coating:
Melt 100 g of dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a bain-marie until smooth.
Decorating the balls:
Finely chop 30 g of walnuts in a blender for decoration.
Dip the chilled balls in melted chocolate.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the chocolate-covered balls.
Relax:
Place the decorated balls in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
