First, mix the room temperature butter and sugar, beating with a whisk until you get a whitish and foamy mixture.
While continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time, making sure to incorporate each egg well before adding the next.
Add the sifted flour and mix with folding motions until you obtain a smooth dough without lumps.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) , using the top and bottom heating elements. While it’s heating, pour the mixture into a baking pan greased with a little butter and lightly dusted with flour.
Bake for 40 minutes. Once the time is up, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding and cutting. Ready to enjoy!
